1. Service Estimates & Pipeline
All quotes and estimates generated through our website forms or automated communications are preliminary. Final project costs, scope of work, and timelines will be solidified in a formal, written Flooring Services Agreement before any materials are ordered or installation commences.
2. Communication & A2P 10DLC Compliance
By opting into our forms, you agree to receive digital communications from AceaSpades Flooring LLC. We utilize secure systems to send project updates, appointment reminders, and estimates.
Strict SMS Privacy: Mobile information and consent will strictly remain internal. We do not share, sell, or distribute your mobile data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You retain control and can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP".
3. Project Timelines & Delays
While we strive for operational precision, construction timelines are subject to excusable delays, including but not limited to severe weather, material supply shortages, or unforeseen site conditions (e.g., hidden subfloor damage). AceaSpades Flooring LLC will communicate any timeline adjustments promptly.
4. Payment Terms & State Guidelines
Payment structures for specific projects (including required deposits and milestone payments) will be explicitly detailed in your final contract. Under Colorado state guidelines, prompt payment upon completion of agreed-upon milestones is expected. Failure to remit payment may result in project suspension or the execution of mechanics lien rights as permitted by Colorado law.
5. Workmanship & Warranties
We execute all work in a professional, workmanlike manner, adhering to local building codes. Specific warranties regarding materials are provided directly by the manufacturer. Workmanship warranties provided by AceaSpades Flooring LLC will be documented in your individual service contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AceaSpades Flooring LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or delays in project completion outside of our direct, reasonable control.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our digital services shall be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, prior to any formal litigation.
